Purpose of this application

My Family Is Trusted Back Office Tracker is an internal back-office tool operated by PropHog. The purpose of this application is to help insurance agents and their coaches run day-to-day agency work in one place:

Track production, policies, recruits, and field trainings through the system pipeline.
Set and review goals, vision, training progress, and development milestones.
Publish office hours / availability so managers can see when an agent is working.
Optionally connect Google Calendar so an agent can view and manage their own calendar events inside the app.

Access is invitation-only. Accounts are created by an administrator. This is not a public consumer app and is not used for advertising.

Optional Google Calendar integration

Agents using My Family Is Trusted Back Office Tracker can choose to connect their own Google Calendar so their real schedule appears alongside their office hours. Once connected, an agent can view, add, edit, and delete their events without leaving the platform, and their administrators and assigned manager can view the calendar (read-only) to help with planning and development.

Connecting is optional and always initiated by the agent.
We request only the Google Calendar events permission needed for these features.
Your Google authorization is encrypted and stored securely on our server — never in your browser.
You can disconnect at any time in the app, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
